We will normally despatch your order within one to two working days of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. Two to three working days (mon - fri) should be allowed for delivery. If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.
We are at present changing carriers, the above prices are provisional at the moment please phone 01271/890453 with your requirements and we can confirm exactly what the delivery charge will be.
Orders sent for next day or two day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
Returns
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your product from Littlepinkshop.com However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Please Note. We cannot accept the return of any surfing equipment (unless defective in manufacture) once it has been used!
Otherwise... we will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of invoice. If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a returns number - you can do this by phoning us on 01271/890453 or 07818/423498 or emailing us at croydebay@aol.com - we cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorisation. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date this returns number is issued. Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging etc. intact. If you wish to exchange an item you have to cover the cost of the postage back to us and the delivery charge on the replacement. This maybe waived at our discretion should we feel circumstances warrant it. Similarly, if you are returning an item to us for a refund you have to cover the cost of the postage back to us. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, take out adequate insurance to cover the item and use a method which requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that we will refuse to accept delivery should the item appear damaged due to inappropriate packaging etc.

Actual use of Surfboards, wetsuits, accessories etc. are deemed to be final and irreversible acceptance of the product purchased. Whilst we can give you every assistance possible in selecting the appropriate equipment for your needs we are unable to exchanged used goods under any circumstances.

Who or what is Littlepinkshop.com?
Littlepinkshop.com is the official online shop for Croyde Bay Surfing Ltd. however we are better known as "The Little Pink Shop". The real shop (as opposed to the online one) is situated at Croyde Bay in North Devon, the best surfing beach in the UK. All of the items available online (and many more) are available from the shop. We also hire surfing equipement and run the Croyde Accommodation website www.croyde-bay.com and Croyde's busiest surf report website www.croyde-surf-cam.com Please note that shop hours are limited during winter but we are always open 9-5 on Saturdays and Sundays. During Oct to March we are not always open midweek Monday to Friday so call first on 01271/890453 or 07818/423498.
