Budget day...
Haven't had time to take it all in yet but... 'Good News for Small Businesses, we're not going to give you any more bad news for 3 years [i.e. more red tape]'. What kind of mental attitude do you need to consider that NOT giving out bad news is actually GOOD news????
Translated this Political Spin actually means that VAT is guaranteed to remain at the new rate of 20% for at least 3 years. And, they have turned this around and we are being told to consider this to be GOOD NEWS! Unbelievable!
